    I purchased a box of ” pepperoni pizza and the a pasta dish that smells as lovely as my favorite truffle mushroom.. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, cheesy, and served hot.. The pasta smells nice but it was blant. no taste at all.When I visit new restaurants, I look forward to having a good experience with their food but I am very much more particular with the service. By far, out of the many restaurants and countries I have visited, Fresca Italia provided the WORST SERVICE ever.. We were not asked if we are eating out or dining in, we were just directed to place an order from the till.. The chef (i assume) asked if we are having it in and we said yes.. ....and the MOST HORIBBLE OF THEM ALL, the waiter in charge asked us if we are dining in, when we said yes, he literally rolled his eyeballs on us (EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISGUSTING ATTITUDE) told us that we should have sat down as he should have given us a menu.I have been working in the service industry, private corporate, education, Food and Bevarage, and in the governement sector that is why I value service more than the product. Your waiter needs to be trained to to deal with customers properly because that kind of attitude throws customers away. If he owns the place, he is setting a very bad example to his staff, If he is an employee, he needs a real customer service training.I won’t say that I am right but how he made us feel doesn’t seem and felt right at all. Especially after he has thrown us out of the place giving us our order without tissue and cutleries to eat our order. He probably assumed that we eat using our hands.Really disgustingly disappointing service.

    Bad service from the staff. I imagine it was because I was in work clothes and not dressed for the walk. They took a while to answer, even though there was no one else to be attended to, the employees just stared at me.And if you are looking for Italian food, don't come here.

    I always love ordering pizza and food from here. Always tasty and quick. The very first time I ordered from here they gave me loads of extra starters that I didn’t ask ( thank you). Customer service is good and polite. One time I wanted rocket salat but didn’t had a pound to pay for it, so they gave it for free. This is a business run by good people. Much love guys ️

    There was no service at all. Waiters were either chatting among themselves or standing and staring at you. We were moved to another chamber due to dressing casually. There was a smoker inside the patio. They did not care about the other guests. Food was burnt. The cup was never filled with water due to the lack of service. They were nice to certain customers only (those who speak Arabic). This other table of American had the same experience as well. Would never recommend going to this restaurant.
